Consultant Chloe also explain clearly before the treatment start. Only downside is appointment book on 11:30am but end up 12:45pm only can start the treatment session, entire procedure flow not very smooth, patient need to change attire for few times. 1st change take picture, 2nd change being called to switch another room, 3rd change need to wait for 10min more. is like keep on entering and exiting the treatment room. This dingdong takes about more than 1 hour and the treatment is only 10mins. Honest rating, overall experience not the most pleasant one, but i still give it a try by signing up package for few session. hope Vclinic can improve the punctuality and customer experience.

I have tried for the Pico laser trial facial by Dr Lau for the first time and was happy for the services given. The doctor and staff are professional and nice, and they patiently explained to me throughout the Pico laser process treatment. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment though honestly, I was very scared in the beginning 😂.
I have signed up for 10 courses with the Clinic.  Now, after having the trial facial and twice Pico laser treatments with Dr. Lau, the pigmentation on my face has lightened. I can see that my face texture has improved.
